‘Buddha Bowl with Carrot & Fennel Sauerkraut’

"Healthy never tasted so good! Try our version of Buddha Bowl with a zesty twist of Carrot and Fennel Sauerkraut."

Recipe for Buddha Bowl with Carrot & Fennel Sauerkraut:
Ingredients:
1 cup of cooked quinoa
1 cup of cooked brown rice
1/2 cup of black beans
1/2 cup of roasted sweet potatoes
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup of sliced cucumber
1/2 cup of shredded carrots
1/2 cup of Carrot & Fennel Sauerkraut
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked quinoa, brown rice, and black beans.
2. Add the roasted sweet potatoes, sliced avocado, and sliced cucumber to the bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the shredded carrots, fennel sauerkraut, olive oil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add the Carrot & Fennel sauerkraut mixture to the Buddha bowl and toss everything together until well combined.

Serve and enjoy!
