‘Hot Dog with Chilli and Dill Sauerkraut’

Recipe for Hot Dog with Chilli and Dill Sauerkraut:

Ingredients:
2 hot dog buns
2 hot dogs
1/2 cup of Chilli and Dill Sauerkraut
1/4 cup of diced onions
1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
1 tbsp of yellow mustard
1 tbsp of ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste

Instruction:
1. Grill or heat the hot dogs according to your preference.
2. Toast the hot dog buns.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the yellow mustard and ketchup.
4. Place the grilled hot dogs into the toasted buns.
5. Add 1/4 cup of Chilli and Dill Sauerkraut on top of each hot dog.
6. Sprinkle diced onions and diced tomatoes over the sauerkraut.
7. Drizzle the mustard-ketchup mixture on top.
8. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve and enjoy!
